I have ordered prepaid online order BW[protected] of two products and Bata have cancelled my order having two sub orders. they have transferred one sub order amount to my account, but they are not giving me the other sub order amount from past 3 months.
Reference Number: 360209 and 301201
Sub order ID's: BW[protected], BW[protected]
from the past few months, they are misleading, or the customer care is incapable to provide me the resolution on these requests.
The customer service guys are saying. for one sub order they have refunded my amount, but they don't have the data of which reference number and which suborder they refunded, and which one is still pending.
