Bata India — Squeaky Noise

I am a regular user of BATA shoes but this time when i bought a shoe worth 2300 INR it was making a squeaking sound even on the carpet and it is very embarrassing in the office when i walk. If this is one of the reported case i am ok to have the shoe replaced but if it is a consistent issue please refund the amount.
