I am Mukund Limaye from Solapur, Maharashtra.
I had purchased New Topper Chappal from your Solapur shop as per Invoice No. CM[protected] dated 24.05.2023 one pair Size 09
On 30th I opened the box and wear the chappals and went on my routine work. But I was not feeling comfortable after wearing these new Chappals but thought of may be due to the new items purchased. But during the day I was not comfortable and chappals were fitting tight. I thought that my legs are having some swelling and due to which might be feeling tightness. But I am using these no. 9 articles of BATA since last more than 15 years and never had such feeling. After careful checking found that the supplied Chappals are having size no. 08 instead of 09.
Today morning I visited the shop at Solapur, Maharashtra from where these were purchased and asked for the correct size chappals. But as I had used thes for one day, the owner refused to replace.
I can send the photographs of the hang tag and the Invoice which is showing NO. 09. Where as the article delivered is of no. 08
I am totally disappointed over the attitude of the shop owner saying that why I wore the Chappals when they were not fitting properly. I tried to explain him that the tag and invoice is showing article size as No. 09 so I never though of any mistake from your side. But only after returning home found that the wrong size chappals were delivered.
Will appreciate if can take appropriate action to get the same replaced from the shop. Actually it is a mistake from the factory who put wrong tag and also mistake of shop keeper who did not counter checked while giving the delivery.
