I ordered a product online using Bata website. The problem never delivered due to unavailability.
Their Customer care always close ticket without resolution and the email address mentioned on the website for escalation behave in the same manner.
They just open ticket and close ticket with customer care rulebook lines as replies but no resolution.
The product was purchased on 28-June for Rs. 750 and it is been a month i am struggling to get my hard earned money back Was this information helpful? |
