From past couple of months the service is worst, they send a delivered message of the product, but I don't receive it. Sometime they send different product and say to adjust. From last 3 days I did not receive my product and they state it's delivered. When asked customer care they just know to say sorry for the trouble caused and refund the money, but this time they did not even refund my money. When asked for a genuine reason for the delay they just say some operational issue. These people are just fooling us and taking away our hard earned money. This complain is for the daily service subscription of my milk product. Was this information helpful? |
