Hi, I need to know where i can pay online taxpayment for site located anjanapura which is 'A' Katha BDA Approved Layout . Please let me know the URL (WebSite) I checked with BDA, today(07.06.2016), They say, the software is undergoing modification and the option will be available within a month.

Hi got my challlen to pay tax for BDA (by post ) and as per that you can make payment in specific bank branches
Canara bank - Gokul layout, Frazer town, Magadi road, Jayanagar, Basavanaguid, Koramangala, Indranagara, BSK 2nd/3rd stage
Indian overseas bank -- Kumara krupa west, BSK 2nd stage, R T nagar 2nd block
Corporation bank -- Kumara krupa west, Nagarabavi, Banashankari, R T nagar, HSR lay out
Note -- tax value has increased 3 fold from last year

I sent an sms for providing the pending vacant land property tax for my vacant site. They reply that they have handed over the files to BMMNP and I have to contact them. They did not give any other details so far. RAGHURAM GUJRAT
I am trying to follow given instructions to pay my BDA property tax, but site never up. always the site is down.
I am not getting Challan for paying tax on vacant BDA site . I contacted the authority over the phone, but every body give me some other phone number and person to contact, and the cycle goes on, I really do not know whom to contact to get challan for tax. Later all blames for non-payment of tax comes on our head.
When we can pay tax for BBMP on line, why we have to break our head for paying BDA tax to Government.
Can somebody inform who is the contact person in BDA and his contact details to get at least challan to pay tax..

BBMP and BDA are looting money with people still they havent corrected their sites and no information is avaliable online and none of the goverment websites related to this work from several years. if you visit office they make you run around the table and ask money openly god only saves us from these departments.
I am not able to pay BDA Property online Property Tax online through this link http://ops.bdabangalore.org/bdaops If you cant rectify the website at least send the property tax amount to individual BDA property owners so that we need not pay penalty fees unnecessarily due to your fault. From past three years we have been receiving the Property tax amount notice after the due date (after the financial year) with penalty and other interest.
Although the BDA has now made online payment possible it is having several drawbacks:-
1) OTP is not sent to the Email .
2) Under NETBANKING option of payment, ICICI Bank the No. 1 Bank is not covered. Those who have account
with ICICI Bank only cannot pay using NETBANKING option.

1) Property ID : The 10 Digit No against "Sanketha"
2) Site No : The No. against "Niveshana sankhye"
3) Name : Exact spelling and Order as in your Old receipt, i.e., initials before name or initials after your name
as in your receipt. If you reverse the order, you cannot proceed to the next step.
If there are no dots after initial it should be followed strictly.

I am unable to get OTP even though i provide my correct mobile number.
Previous i had paid online using my same mobile number. OTP was recieved correctly.
Is anybody here facing similar problem? Kindly update and share the solution.

This is how government body functions in Karnantaka. No one takes responsibility. The phone numbers given for complaints, is not responding / taking call. Even after 70 years of independence, till these organization not learnt the lessons and it appears they don't have capability to manage and communicate to customer. The online payment portal not tested / not working as expected. I strongly suggest to outsource these activities to TCS or Infosys like companies, so that all we can leave peacefully.
I have made the BDA Property tax on[protected] for through online by credit card but i cant get a receipt down load
after 3 days also checked in web site it is showing payment due only but in my credit card amount was debited BDA,
