Be10x.in — Not Refunding my money for AI mastery Program by be10x

I participated in a Be10x workshop on 24 December 2023, and according to promises made during workshop I joined their AI master course by paying half of the amount i.e. Rs 7198/- . They promised to providing an original Microsoft 365 license. However, I learnt that the license is issued under the Be10x domain, not on individual personal email. Also I learnt from internet that they are not worth and they lure novice learners by making false promises and grab their hard earned money.

I immediately contacted them on the whatsap no. [protected] given and asked for refund on the same day i.e. 24 December 2023, but still they not giving refunds.

I also send them email on 28 December 2023 on the address be10x.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@be10x.in for refund.
Meanwhile i got call from their instructor Ms Baishali Boral or Vineeta Agarwal no. [protected] for course. I explained her why I want my refund. She promised me she will talk her superiors. But still i am waiting for a reply.

They are not replying and not giving my money Back

So these are fraudsters/ scammers looting hard earned money of innocent persons. I want to complaint them to National Consumer forum, Cyber crime and Enforcement Directorate to teach them life long lesson. Is there anyone to help in this regard to guide.
