Hi, , I have opted the new connection on 12th August 2014 (Cheque and documents given) and did not get the connection till 23rd August 2014. Then I went to new provider and got the connection and raised the close request on the same day.
I have raised a refund request for my amount on 27th August 2014. Whenever I call Beam Customer Care they are saying that their executive will call me back on the same. It was happened repeatedly for 6 to 7 times.
For these follow ups and without connection, I lost lot of time and lost the work from home option for 15 days.
Could you please suggest me how to get my refund ASAP.
