[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Worst service

I have given request for reconnect and it's been four days and they have not serviced at all. When j call to customer care they say that within 15mins it will be resolved and since 2days there is no response. Worst ever service after they moved to act group. My user id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in
