[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Internet is down since last 15 days and nobody is acting on it even after several follow ups

My account number with ACT CORP is 964863
I am facing internet outage since last 15 days and have been following up with ACT customer care, Nodal team and Appellate authority in Hyderabad since day 1, but nobody is responding and nobody is taking any action on that. I also asked them to close the connection and refund my money but that is even not taken seriously. I want to escalate it to higher authority. If anyone could provide me any email ID for escalation that would really help me. I am really frustrated with this poor service.
