[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Internet not working. Cable disconnected and lying outside the house. No one to resolve the issue | |||||
My internet has not been working for almost a day now and i complained to act customer care and one service personnel came home and looked at the issue. I informed him and showed him that the cable was cut by someone and needed replacement. He did not inform anything and left the spot immediately. Till now no person or any information from act regarding the issue. Very poor service and no proper replies. Every time you call customer care they say 24hrs to resolve the issue. Please man up and provide proper customer service or dont give connections. Was this information helpful? | |||||
