I ahve shifted from bolarum to gachibowli behid Q-City and raised ticket on 27th Sep for shifting and waited 6 days and called to them and they told me there no act over there and you need to disconnect, So i requested on 2 nd oct to disconnect and refund my money as i paid 6 months, again no response so i called again on 4 Oct and now they told that they not going to povide my money Are they joking? I didnot go village / other city as i am in hyderbad gachibowli area that there problem. Please refund my money ASAP. Why they not giving my money ? i don't undertstand... really pathetic sevice..
