[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Pathetic service and response | |||
I face frequent disconnections i regularly call them and ask they have to say is they will resolve in 18hrs which in my last complaint was 10 days. I never got a resolution in a day I have a 40mbps line and the speed i get is 4mbps on repeated complaints to they show a neglected attitude This has been going for last one year i need to call them at least 1 time in a month generally more The response i get is never satisfactory I pay my bill in advance i. E. I pay a month in advance and still they have problem and at times i don't have network and they want me to pay it in person at their office so that they don't disconnect my already not working connection Was this information helpful? | |||
