[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Problem with Internet connection

We are facing a problem with our Internet since 10days. We tried calling the customer care but it's just telling us that the line is busy. We are getting no response from them. This service is not satisfying at all. It's really urgent and we want the internet connection to buy fixed as quick as possible. I hope you would take a proper action on this issue.

No internet connection since 15 days, tried calling customer care n number of times and it always seems busy. Its really disgusting.
