Lost card balance transfer to new card

There should an option of transferring the balance of old card to new card if the card is lost. I don't understand way why the system is not upgraded yet. The city is recognised with the great name called "metro city". And also called as Namma Metro.

Request to fix this issue, as many would be facing....

Ticket Counter issue in Yeshwanthpur

Address:Yeswanthpur pur metro station.

We hav reached metro station 5 am but there is no staff for ticket issue.
All the ticket counters has been closed and 45 min n delayed. Worst experience huge rush as of station near by. Staff issue...

Employees behaviour

I was traveling from Mantri Square to Jalahalli by Metro. While exiting the card shows "exit mismatch" at Jalahalli, so I asked at the lady on adjacent counter and shown her the card. She's checked and after sometime she started yelling that you should have go immediately when you put the card on scanner. I told her to be calm and told her the gates were not opening. Then the other person in her cabin helped to open the gate, but he was also...

On September 15-22, a complaint was lodged online against a young woman named Ramya who was working at Vajarahalli metro station for behaving rudely. Please let us know what action you have taken on it. The existence of such persons causes great trouble to the masses. Please request MRCL office to take strict action...

Too much noise

Address:Byatarayanapura

BMRCL is carrying out digging operation near Byatarayanapura in the night around 1 am to 5 am. The noise is so intense that most of the residents are feeling uneasy and sleeplessness. Kindly take some action on this. We have 2 hospitals also in the premises....

Penalty paid against card number: 12000305776

Sir, the above referred card could not deduct the amount in my last travel during exit without my notice and the gate opened and I moved out of Attiguppe metro station. It was purely the mistake of the machine. and I was unaware of this. But today when I tried to use the card it failed and I had to pay a penalty of Rs 100/ to regularise, for the mistake not done by me.

How can I move out of a metro station If the gate is not...

Complaint for Customer care BMRCL staff vajrahalli

Address:Vajrahalli 3rd cross

When I went to recharge my card at vajrahalli metro station this morning the young woman in customer care said that I can recharge at the ticket counter hand behaved road name saying that it is not payable to recharge here when the security guard who was there again asked the name of the young woman he said that the young women's name was Ramya.
The hung women those not now how to talk to the customer please request them to the appropriate...

Complaint for customer care staff..

When I went to recharge my card at wajrahalli metro station this morning the young woman in customer care said that I can recharge at the ticket counter and behaved rudely saying that that is not possible to recharge here. Complaint regarding the staff

Here in National college metro station, Bengaluru. Staff at ticket counter never attends/interacts the individuals properly, either they would be gossiping, looking into the mobile phones for minutes, always argues on returning the change amount, even though they have it, due to these behaviour and carelessness of staff always I'll have to wait for longer time on ticket counter and missing scheduled trains... Very disappointed with this behaviour...

I am complaining about extra amount received for journey

I was travelling from nagasandra metro to Sandal soap factory, The faculty collected 200 Rs and told that we didn't give even we have asked to check CCTC they didn't do it and collected extra 200 Rs....

I am complaining about employees behaviour

I am really upset with this employees they are very rude, doesn't know to give respect to passanger, they shows there faces to aged people, before hiring employees they should be trained well ....

They refused refund on my ticket by delay and ignorance

Respected Consumer Redressal Forum,
The following is my compalint:
My meteor card was damaged and hence I had to buy a new metro card at the Sriramapura metro rail station. THis was in the month of February 2022. The counter gave me a receipt with the old damaged card number as I had a balance of over 450 rupees on the surrendered card. They promised that the transfer will happen in 5-6 weeks. False payment

Address:Rn.12, s.m road, opposite to new krishna hospital, near rock line mall, jallhalli cross, banglore - 560057

The ladies sitting on the recharge counter of jallhalli cross metro station, I guess they have lot and lot to talk about their life. on their workspace, so careless that they put extra money, I told to to recharge for 100 they allegedly put 200. Is BMRCL going down in loss, so they are using this strategy to gain money. Kindly solve this issue, or if I face next time I'll sue you guys for sure...!!!

Rude behaviour by Security Guard

Today at 7.37 am when I was running late for my work, I didn't see the escalator wasn't working and I started walking on it. The security gaurd started abusing me and was very rude. We do pay for the escalator and it is our right to use it.
This incident happened at south end circle. Please look into it. The security gaurd has no right to abuse....

Male senior citizen in Ladies compartment

If male senior citizen in ladies compartment is not allowed then they should remove the sticker from it.
This is a harassment for a senior citizen to face by the security people and whole team of metro Bangalore....

Not allowing entry

We were waiting at Nagasandra metro station at 8.24pm, 14th August. The train came but the metro attendant didn't let us enter the train and the train went away empty. I would like to know what is the reason behind that. I was in hurry to reach home and this was a great delay and inconvenience....

Embarrassment at Cubbon Park Station

At 1720hrs on 27/7/22 at Cubbon Park Station I was not allowed to enter by Security because I was carrying Cigarette pocket and a Match Box. When I told them that only compressed gas ie. Lighter, is not allowed as per the Board kept at the Entrance. I was humiliated in front of others and was not allowed till, I disposed them. Please clarify whether consumer can carry cigarette and match Box. I was not carrying them to smoke....
