After 2 years of my benq monitor 27 (model ID : EW2780Q) the both speaker gets a cracking sound and get really damaged. It come up with 3 years warrenty. So I contacted the customer support team and they send a technician to check it and pick it up to there repairing center they said that it will take a week(Date[protected]. After week i contacted them and they said that monitor speaker is damaged so, they ordered the speaker. After some days i contacted them again and ask for the progress and they told that they did not get i speaker they order and ask me to contact with the customer support team and after i call them they gave me another number and told me to call him. I called him and he said that he will give an update after 2 days( He didn't), So i call him again and ask him about it. Now he is saying that the speaker have to come from the taiwan. And it will take 1 week more. I dont think it will get it in 1 week. It being 18 days after they pick the monitor. They dont even send any mail regarging with this issue. The worst customer service.
