[Resolved]  Benq — Monitor Problem

I bought a monitor on 5/10/2011. Till last month I didn't faced an issue, however recently I noticed there is a dark patch appearing on the bottom of the screen. Also, I noticed there are number of vertical lines are appearing as well. I went to the Chennai Kilpak service center as well and I was advised that due to dust, the issue has happened and this will not taken care by us.(R[protected] My LED Model Below: BQMN0014 BENQ ETL6B[protected].6 Inch LED Monitor G616 I have been advised that the monitor should be replaced with the new one.
