Benq — BenQ monitor not working

Hi Team,

I have recently purchased BenQ 27 inch monitor from Amazon India website after 10 days it stopped working. I have raised a complaint R[protected].
Now BenQ customer support team says warranty not covered to display screen. I was shocked as display screen is the costly item and they are not covering as part of warranty. It has 36 months of warranty.
