I purchased a Mirage H hair patch from Pitampura branch on 31.10.2021, their costliest patch. They promised that the life of patch will be 6 months. But the quality was so bad that a lot of hair came out of it every time I combed and washed. In two months it was not usable. On several complaints they offered to repair the patch. I had no option. So I purchased a new Mirage L patch and gave it for repair. The new patch was also said to last 6 months. But it was defective from the day one and I told them that it is defective, but they said that it will be ok after few washes. It was very badly cut and quality was extremely poor . Now-they have taken it back for repair. I requested them to replace it as it has manufacturing defects, but they are not ready to listen. Now they aren’t even giving the status of repair.
The response of the higher management is so poor that they do not even respond to the repeated emails. Their Customercare is non existent. They do not provide tel-number of management. The ladies at front-desk always promise to call back later but never call back. Overall very pathetic service and total wastage of money.
