We received the said item against a cash payment of rs.999/- on[protected] & reported the deficiencies to you. As per your instructions on phone, we sent you a mail on your id cs[at]bestdealtv.In on[protected] attaching a snap of the defect bulb and then your agent courier delhivery enabling e-commerce, at-plot no-4775/2 (behind savitri niwas), near kalyani press, bjb nagar, bhubaneswar-751014. Collected the item from us for replacement against a pickup receipt no.[protected] / dfs – best deal tv[protected] on[protected].
Now it is already 12/02/2017, (more than three & half month past). We have been trying to contact the company by visiting delhivery courier's office & the chief-executive. Mr. Rajendra sharma, assured us that, he would do the needful to get us the item replaced or money back by taking-up the matter with their head-office at delhi, but nothing has happened yet. We have made many phone calls on their contact no- [protected], but they never responded to any of them. The number is not a toll-free number and thus we are fursted & discouraged of spending on phones without getting any result from their end.
We have made many phone-calls and written many complaints & mails viz- 1459623 & 1452217 which are acknowledged electronically by company’s mail-answering system but they never bothered to reply to any of them. (please see the attached file containing screen-shots of mails for your clear understanding).
We expect the owners will emulate to the concerns of their company’s reputations before we are compelled to address it in the district consumer forum / jagograhakjago, if not resolved fortnightly, and we hope they would not like such an unsauvoury matter to be taken up with the courts
