Best Deal Tv — Mobile combo pack ordered was defective. No replacement or refund received

Hi,

I ordered (#1049495) an mobile combo accessories pack from 'best deal TV'. It was defective. I had called them and told that it needs to be replaced and sent back to them through Courier (DTDC Conc. # M[protected]. They have received it on 15-Jan-2016. Its been 30 days from that I have not received the replacement. when ever I call to complain department they are not giving proper response.
This people are not planning to send replacement and not even returning the money. I have sent mails as well. No response for that.
Please help me, I want my money back it was 1499 + 120/- = 1519/-

Also other peoples should not get fooled by this peoples.
