I asked them from whom you got my no.They told you are regularly shopping online so we got ur no. I order for Rs 4999.00 order id 8934(on 25th jan 2016) and then they say we can see here you won Rs 50000 cash. Congratulation and our finance dept will contact u soon. After two hours again i got call from rahul that our company has planned to give you double benefit as one of our lucky consumer among five is outside india and you can win another 50000 rupees cash but u have to buy another product again giving me congratulation.I asked them send the money first to me .They asked for my bank account no and pan no and ifsc code of bank.then they phoned me to buy another product and assured me that the money will be sent to me with in five minutes.Then I order another product(product id 8934) Rs 4999.00 after their instruction to buy that product.They again told me that you have won a gold plated jewelry set now.our finance department will contact soon and congratulate me.I asked for, please mail me that i have won these items and cash.But they told our compny sends bulk mail .single mail can not be send to any one.Its a large company.Even if i can not enter into their company office in Delhi directly as they are doing it very confidentially and they are not dealing with customers directly in their office.Their head account office is in Bangalore.After one day they told me that one of our customer won gold plated jewellery .We have sent it to him but the jewelery got lossed in courier so we request you that you can replace this with Cash 50000 if i wish.I said no prob.But why you are not taking against that courier service. They diverted me by saying that your 1 lakh sixty thousand money will be transferred to your account after documentation.You can change your order product when our customer care department will confirm contact you before dispatching your ordered product. then after some time they called me and told me to listen care fully and they told reached me.I told i have no money .you deducted it from my won money.They told me we will discuss with officials.then they give me time 25 th jan 16 to transfer the amount to my account.In the mean time they told me that the product which i have ordered is not available in stock and they are sending me HTC MOBLIE, cutlery set, trimmer, wallet, goggles .I got product which was very worst ones and the Chinese doll mobiles worth Rs 700 and other toy products total worth not more than Rs 2500.00 .But a bill is their stating Rs 4999 .00 with tax.I pressurize them again and again they refund me Rs4999.00 and they have not refunded me the amount Rs 4999.00 till now.I told them to take the items which they have send to me and return my amount Rs 4999.00 According to me they are the largest fraud company in online shopping in India they are gropup of 3 to four members and I guess they are the criminals of sand shopping hub.
