Here I am writing a complaint whose Subject is as under :-
Best Shopping Hub : They are cheating consumers by calling from customer care number
I Was Called Regarding The Random Selection Of Some Particular Benefits In This Procedure I Did Almost Spend Approx Rs.4999/- Mr. Vinit Was The Person Who Used To Called Me For The Benefits But Only Till I Was About To Spend My Money And Now When I Want To Know That Till What Date Will I Get My Benefit No One Is Calling Neither Anyone Is Responding with appropriate solution to my problem.

They have called me over my phone and told that I am a lucky consumer and have a chance to win one of the four options(1) Gold Jewellary worth Rs.80000, 2) Laptop, 3) cash Rs80000, etc. if I will shop from their site. I asked them from whom you got my no.They told you are randomly selected for above scheme as you regularly shopping online so we got ur no. I order for Rs 4999.00 Product Order Id 8893 (on 21st Jan 2016) against a SAMSUNG GALAXY ANDROID MOBILE PHONE (SKU : 14091) and then they say we can see here you won Gold Jewellary worth Rs 80000. Congratulation ! Now We will deliver your gift with your Ordered Product within a week on your given address and for it you have not to pay any more. When I asked for to please mail me that I have won these items. But they told I can easily seen your Prizes and it will be also msg to you shortly. But after lapsing of a week I treied to contact them on their received Mobile Numbers, they were not responding, later on after my repetitive attempts They replied that dues to Holidays your Orders were not delivered in Time But you will received your product with your gift shortly because From here It has been dispatched & your Tracking Id on DTDC Courier is Z81306180 . then after some time I received a courier pkt from DTDC courier containing a duplicate type Black Berry (9700) keypad mobile set whose cost was very low in comparison of the payment I have done to them. There was no any gift inside the Courier Pkt. Here Main matter is that they not provided the Product which I was Ordered to them. When I again tried to Intimate the matter to them, Firstly they not responded but on my repetitive Call & from Others Mobile Nos Call they responded and assure that your issue will be short out at earliest. But they die not short out my Problem Yet ! I am now being suffer a lot by them.

According to me they are the worst shopping online company in India ie. just opposite to their name showing on Net. they are group of 3 to 4 members and I guess they are the criminals of said shopping hub who were cheating the Customer. Its time to take some serious step against this team as they sound to be fraud. Due to lack of serious step against them, they are being successful in their cheap motto again and again. BIG CHEATERS !!! somehow they should be punished..
Therefore It is my Humble request to You that Pl. Let them to Either refund my amt to my A/C or provide the Product which I was ordered to them.
