Bestatlowest.com — Incomplete delivery and no refund

complaint is against my order# AMBAL[protected], the product was incompletely delivered, on complaining, the support executive said it was due to unavailability of the product. I requested my refund. which wasn't processed till 15 days, so i called them, now they say they have delivered to product before to me, and will not issue refund for it
