[Resolved]  Beyoung — Amount deducted but order not placed

I paid Rs. 998 from Amazon (paytm) pay on 3rd march 2022. The amount was deducted from my bank account but order was not placed. Later i paid again and then order was placed. I have paid Rs. 998 twice for one order and i haven't received refund for the failed transaction.
