Beyoung — Very poor customer service.

I ordered 3 products worth 1746/-.. delivery was so late it takes 11 days almost.. after receiving the product there was fitting problem and also I don't like tha quantity.. so I want to return the product.. I contact them following all protocols.. it's been 24 hours and no one called me from the company.. now even no one is there to chat with me .. please help me
