Bez Krishna — pollution from the chimney directly into the residential house behind

Sir, we are residing just behind the hotel bezz krishna, dwarakanagar, 3rd lane, visakhapatnam.
We are facing a lot of pollution problem from this hotel. My father is asthmatic patient and even then they don't bother after so many complaints to them. Their chimney faces our house because of which the polluted air goes into our house. Please just imagine when a chimney is facing the house. Our house is becoming dirty and black smoke is being lodged on the walls and clothes and god knows may be it is even with the food we are eating. Please do take a necessary action as we dont know where to give a complaint. We went and talked to gvmc but they said they dont look this issue. We talk to neighbours they say we look into it. We talk to pollution board and no answer.
Please help us from pollution.
