Discontinuation reason: Daughter is having mid-term exams and other curricular activities at school which goes on till 6pm and post that homework and other activities keeps her occupied. To avoid over-burdening her, do not wish to pursue this course further.

As per Bhanzu Support team, they claim that she has attended 12 classes one day when enquired on call and on another day they say she has attended 14 days. Bhanzu trust certificate says 80% of the 20 main classes need to be attended. But Support team told that as per trust certificate 80% attendance needs to be maintained after 20 classes are complete.

There is no cancellation policy or procedure mentioned in the Trust Certificate. So we are not asking for a refund, but only cancellation of course due to our daughter's overloaded schedule and improper information provided by their support team.
