[Resolved]  Bhanzu — Complaint regarding non-refund of payment for Bhanzu services

Bhanzu Customer Service Team,

I am writing to register a complaint regarding the non-refund of my payment for the Bhanzu services that I had subscribed to. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, I have not received any response or updates from your end.

I had subscribed to the Bhanzu services with the expectation of receiving high-quality services that were promised. However, I was highly disappointed with the service and requested a refund within the refund window provided. However, even after multiple attempts to contact your customer service team, I have not received any update or confirmation regarding the refund.

I find it highly unprofessional and unacceptable that my request for a refund has been ignored for so long. I demand that you take immediate action to process my refund and provide me with a clear timeline for when I can expect to receive it. If there are any further delays, I expect you to compensate me for the inconvenience caused.

I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from your end. This situation has caused me great distress and inconvenience, and I demand a prompt resolution.

I urge you to take this matter seriously and resolve it at the earliest.
