Bharat Gas — Applied for name change

Dear Sir/Madam, I was applied for Name change on 08-jan-2013 which is still pending, also Visited at agency (jai murari gas) now they are demanding Rs. 3, 500.00 for name change. also logged Complaint at bharat gas which reference no. is 345178 which is resolved without any communication with me.
