[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Bharat Gas is not at all accepting my application for name change

I am trying to change name for gas ownership but they are saying that "SYSTEM IS DOWN / SO MUCH APPLICATION ARE ALREADY PRESENT WITH THEM". This is happening from Dec'13. No one is picking up the phone[protected]/[protected] of their headquarter branch. On their website, costumer complaint page is not working(http://ebiz.bpc.co.in/css/LPGweb.faces).
