Bharat Gas — Cancelling of IVRS order

I've booked gas thru IVRS on 30th July' 15 & booking confirmation no is[protected]. But when I checked by booking status online after 5 days since gas has not come, to my dismay it is mentioned that it is cancelled. Not once but twice cancelled within a span of 3 days. How come it happen?? I makes a mockery of entire IVRS facility by the distributor. It shows the loopholes in the system where distributor makes use of that. I'm looking forward to Bharat gas for a suitable action & permanent solution for this & my agent is Sathya Sai Gas Service- chennai 600019. Ferdinand Anthony Chennai - 600019
