Bharat Gas — Complaint about the Distributor | |||
I have registered for a new connection in Bharat Gas on 11th Feb, 2015 & today from Bharat Gas I have received a message in my mobile in which it is written"Dear Sir/Madam, Based on your request id 14770295, we are pleased to offer you a Bharatgas Connection.To avail, please call on the Bharatgas distributor within 15 days ". So my father went to the Distributor (Distributors Name is Debdatta Gas Agency) & gave him the KYC form but they told him that they will not take the form & then my father asked him the reason that the company is ready to avail me with a new connection then why are you not taking the form & give me a new connection.They told him that let the company send you any message but we don't care of any of those messages, we will do what we think & so I will not take the form at this moment & will not avail you with new connection...You can do anything you can do but I will not take it now, I will call you later on around April & then I will think I can avail you a new connection or not... I beg you to please look into the matter & do something to solve the problem... Was this information helpful? | |||
