That Consumer No. is 71546 allotted by your company to my husband Sh. Ramesh Bhardwaz. Who expired in the year 2013. 2. That after his death I applied for the transfer of above said consumer no to my name. 3. That I completed all the necessary documents and submitted the same to my Distributor M/s Preeti Gas Service Nabha. Who forwarded the same to your Chandigarh office but reply is still awaited from Chandigarh Office. 4. That M/s Preeti Gas Service Nabha again forwarded my complaint vide complaint vide No.715344 Dated 27 May 2015. I therefore, again request you kindly transfer the above said Connection to my name at the earliest.
