Sir, I, Suresh Kumar Tiwari have a bharat gas connection and my consumer no. is 43264024. I had booked my gas cylinder on 14.03.2015. subsequently I had again called to book on 15.03.2015 and 21.03.2015. On 21.03.2015 the booking no. was[protected]. Every time I book my cylinder, I receive message acknowledging my booking and am given the booking no. This time I did not receive any message about the booking. I had then noted the booking given to me on 21.03.2015. Please do the needful by taking appropriate action ageinst RATHI GAS AGENCY, sector 37 Faridabad, Haryana. Regards Suresh kumar Tiwari Addl.
