Bharat Gas — Complaint Letter regarding delivery boy bad behaviour

Respected sir/madam; SRI RAAYAN BHARAT GAS AGENCY ODER NO:307980 CONSUMER:25078105 Name:Shantilal baid I am writing to inform you that the gas we receive today by delivery boy was behaving wrongly with us. I was shocked by the rudeness of your staff. The delivery boy was speaking devastating words I was really shocked to here that words. Actually what happened that he brought the cylinder and he given bill. The bill amount was Rs.600 and I want to confirm with gas agency people but they where not pick up call also. He was behaving badly that to give fast he can't wait for 2-5 minutesAnd he started shouting and speaking disgusted words. So I can't able to here those words and I had spoken loudly with him and he was trying to beat with cylinder. I was totally outraged with this behaviour. How would you feel if this had happened with you? Can you imagine how I felt? I advise you to retrain your staff as it would not look very good if you started to lose customers due to poor service. I request you to take immediately action against that delivery boy. He was speaking bad words with me then can't watch it simply the argument was gone very badly with him. Once again, let me say how disappointed I am and how I hope you with this problem quickly and remove that staff from your agency and from next time don't send this type of person at any customer house. Agency details are given please I request you to take immediately action if not u will start loosing your customers. So I hope you will understand my words and my situation. Friends if this situation happen with you the gas delivery boy behaviour was very bad. He showed me cylinder ththat he will beat from the cylinder I was shocked that bharat gas agency keep rowdy delivery boy at their firm. If think happen with you how you feel? So please support me. Thank you
Poor home delivery service gas cylinder
Agency not provide gas cylinder regularly
Until I complaint to national consumer helpline every month this month again going to one month but I haven't received gas cylinder

This is just come to your notice that I am one of your customer of Bharat gas services,
For few months I have facing some trouble by your delivery boy named Biswanath,
Every months I have getting delayed delivery of my cylinder even after getting delivery massage several times i have to request to him for delivery the gas cylinder and every moment the fellow have been misbehaving with us, every delivery he have demanding over money of cylinder prices, if we not allowed this the fellow have been started misbehaving,
After several time complaining to the distributor office Anand Gas Service against the delivery boy they have not taken any actions for the same, and we are facing the same problem month or months..
So its a humble request to take your intervention in this matter...
