My rejistred mobile no is [protected] hai.name change karwana hai.distibuter application nhi leta hai.aur 3 month ke bad bulata hai.my customer no 21883 hai.mai ne smartline me bhi kai bar complain kiya but solution nhi mil paya hai.jiska complain no 1544056, 1550390, 1528798, 1527355, 1560779.1557393hai.itna karne ke bad bhi resolution nhi mil paya hai.sell's officer bhi phone nhi karta hai.

Dear Sir /Madam i Smt Swyamprava Satapathy Bearing LPG Gas Consumer No[protected], i have not received the Gas Subsidy from 12/07/2016, So i request please suggest me how can i do, i Have adhar card but due to name mistake the bank and also the Distributor refuse to accept the Adhar card.Adhar No[protected]
