[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — cylinder not delivered but they sent msg saying cylinder was delivered

Hi Sir, We have booked cylinder on 27/8/14 and they have sent msg saying that it has been delivered on 09/08/14. But till today we have not received. Every time they do same problem. As far as I got information from other source if anyone gives 100 rs extra they give cylinder. When we go and ask why it.happened like that, they say sir cylinder supply was not there that s why it got delayed. But i[censored] open the system log then you wil get how many we have received and how many they sold in gray market. Please take serious action.
