Bharat Gas — Dealer not Releasing LPG Connection Asking Bribe as extra Money to buy New Stove

Dear Sir I have been approved of a New Gas Connection by Bharat Gas in email commumnication and I was asked to report to their Dealer Aparajita Gas at Bhubaneswar. The Distributor Aparajita Bharat Gas at Chandrasekharpur Bhubaneswar is not releasing connnection for Reference no. 12199885 for which I have received the approval email from Bharat Gas . The distributor is asking Rs.8000/- towards their service Charge whereas it is not mentioned anywhere in Bharatgas Poratl as well as communication Please look into this matter seriously Thanks and Regards.
