Bharat Gas — delay in refill delivery and rude behavior of distributors staff | |||
i have been regularly facing problem of non delivery or delayed delivery of refill cylinder. i have registered online complaint three time on companies web site but still the problem is not solved. today i received a call from distributor asking me to take transfer to another distributor and the behaviour of lady was vary rude. Gas cylinder is now a primary requirement of every house and we are unable to cook food as refill is not delivered to us. This is regular harassment by the distributor and Bharat Gas company is supporting it by not taking any action. I am having videos and telephonic conversation record of rude behavior of distributors staff and same can be used as evidence for legal action. Was this information helpful? | |||
