Bharat Gas — Delay of LPG Delivery

Hi team, my consumer no- 17109 i have booked my bharat lpg refill on 27-dec 2014 but still my gas is not yet delivered even after 30 days. This is the kind of service delivered.We have to suffer for our daily cooking from last 25 days. We are following up with complaints and visited city gas distributor-deep gas agency, ranihati-howrah. But distributor is not responding.There are many contact no provided but no one respond to any calls. This is a serious issue which should have some sla for delivery timeline else general people are suffering due to bharat gas. My contact no. - [protected]. Kamal middey
