Bharat Gas — Difference in Weight of EmptyCylinder

Dear Sir, Difference in weight of empty cylinder Marked on cylinder and actual weight of cylinder causes Loss of gas of 1.3kg (actual weight 16.3kg &marked weight 15kg) [protected][protected][protected]------- Cunsumer No.37546502 A.K.Vishnoi M/s Shiva Bharat Gas, Lal Kua, Ghaziabad Empty Cylinder weighs 16.3kg while marked on cylinder as15kg. [protected][protected][protected]------- 1--At the time of delivery, this cylinder weighed 29kg (Cylinder-weight marked 15kg+14.2kgWritten=29.2kg) ok 2-Now when this cylinder(The cylinder referred above) finished and became empty, my wife said that this cylinder's Gas finished in 24days about 6days earlier. 3--I doubted that if cylinder was really empty or not. So I weighed it and found that the cylinder was quite heavy. So I again attached with oven, but it did not work. 4--I weighed this cylinder and was surprised to observe that it is weighing 16.34kg. and not 15kg. as mentioned on cylinder itself having difference of weight 1.34kg 5--We usually weigh the cylinder at the time of delivery, so there was no doubt about the gas supplier. 6--We do not care about difference of 100gm 7-- I presume that the blunder mistake has happened at the time of marking of the weight on the cylinder. The concerned staff marked it as 15kg instead of 16.3kg.(Actual). 8-- This has caused the loss to customer for reason of filling less gas in this cylinder due wrong marking of weight of cylinder i.e. 1.3kg each time "this" cylinder was supplied to different customers as it caused to me. 9--Since captioned cylinder weighs more then what is marked on it, the gas filling agency/company fills this cylinder to the weight up to (15+14.2=29.2kg) And not like this (16.3+14.2=30.5kg) causing filling of gas less by 1.3kg. Now, how my loss of 1.3kg gas be fulfilled ?? and for further stopping this type of occurrences . What steps you will proposed to take for as remedy. Would you Call This Cylinder Back Immediately?...Since I have already booked online on 02August2015, and dealer has cleared delivery up to 29thJuly15, dealer is very quick in delivery, whatever steps you have to take, to be taken before the gas -cylinder is Delivered.
