[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — gas cylinnder was suppliied to us. But it says in recorded voice that the company cleared booking.

My consumer no is 2351. I booked for cylinder on 22/12/14. My booking reference is[protected]. On 27.12.14 our distributor Jai Ram BharatGas Agency called me and said that he going to supply the cylinder on that day. But till now it was not delivered. On 30.12.14 I went in person to the distributor to enquire about thie. He said that he will supply the cylinder on 31.12.14. I again tried to book the cylinder on 30.12.14 and it was done and the ref No is[protected]. Is it possible to book the cylinder again. Please make the necessary steps to supply the cylinder and action against the defaulting distributor.
