Bharat Gas — Gas not delivering properly

Sir, I, B. Janardhan Reddy, a consumer of Bharat Gas with consumer number : 31081141 in DIVYASAI BHARTGAS AGENCY, santhosh nagar, hyderabad, (Dis . code : 170211). I booked gas online (IVRS) 15 days back. It was not delivered so far. I called them several times but in vain. This is not the first time. It is happening regularly. Ever time I have to go to remind them after booking . We both are working Government employees and becoming a big problem about this. Hence I request you to see the gas to deliver properly.
