Bharat Gas — Habitual delay in delivering gas cylinder by Vashi Dealer

Please refer to my booking No.[protected] dated.15/08/2014. It will be surprised to note that the order has not been executed till today i.e. 27/08/2014. Please investigate and let me know the action taken against the staff responsible in this regard. Please also note that we are always available at home as self and wife both are retired, and the during the above period our house was never locked. I will not accept any excuse on this point.
