Bharat Gas — Home delivery need to pay extra money.

Dear Sir, I have complaint about Bharat gas home delivery service. My consumer no is 51306980, Dealer is Shahid Shankar Bharat gas agency, Shivaji park Chinchwad. I booked gas 12 days before, on 25/04/2015 the delivery boy brought the cylinder for delivery as per amount given on the slip Rs.640 I gave him, but he refused to take the amount and demanding extra money for delivery.Same situation is happened with my wife earlier he demanded extra money for delivery, when she refused to give he started quarrel. But this time also he talking rudely and asking more money for delivery. I refused to give extra money, he took back the cylinder without delivering it. This seams to be a serious issue, why we should pay extra money as it free home delivery. Please look into the matter seriously and help me to resolve the issue.
