Bharat Gas — LPG New Connection - Not given by dealer in last 15 days. | |||
I have applied a new LPG Bharat gas connection on September 6, 2015. As per dealer (Shyam Jee Enterprise - Vasant Kunj) I need to apply online and then need to submit the documents( address proof, ID proof). I was asked to buy Hot Plate (gas burner) and I denied for it. Then dealer said that I need to pay 250- for Hot Plate Inspection. I told them that as per Bharat Gas customer care It is not mandatory. Then delaer said then it is Ok and bharat gas persion will visit your house for hot plate inspection.I wait fro 7 days but no one came. I again checked with dealer then he said that without submitting 250/- no one will come. I don't had any option, I paid 250/- on 16th September - Wednesday and was told that hot plate inspection will be done 2-3 days. It is 5th day and no one has visited. I am continuously following up dealer (Shyam Jee Enterprise - Vasant Kunj Delhi) person Rakesh and he is saying that it will be done next day. I have made the complain to Bharat Gas customer care against the dealer with complain #909979 and I was asked that some officier will contact. I did not receive any Bharat Gas officer name. It looks like they dont care for any complain. It feels that Bharat Gas itself forcing to all his distributer to sell the hotplate for each connection.
