My gas connection number is 8204 and my agency is Manvir Gas Agency, Bhajan Pura, Delhi. Agency is refusing to send the gas cylinder, reason given by them is that we have not submitted Adhar card. Are there any instructions issued to these agencies that customers who have not submitted adhar cards will not be given the gas cylinders?
Basically, the problem is we have the connection on the name of Kishori lal Sehgal who is my grand father. We do not know as to why the name of connection owner has been changed automatically by agency to Kishan Lal. We have requested the agency a number of times to change the name of owner to Kishori lal Sehgal. We have submitted the ID proof & all other documents of Kishori lal Sehgal to get the name changed however the name has not been changed. We can submit the adhar card of Kishori Lal Sehgal only. We do not know Kishan Lal. How we can manage to bring Kishan Lal's adhar card. This is the reason why we have not yet submitted the adhar card.
There are delays & negligence on the part of agency because of which we are suffering.
Please help us in getting the cylinder issued by the agency & also help us in getting the name of owner changed. We have the original connection book which is given to customer when new gas connection is issued to him. In that connection book, owner's name is Kishori Lal Sehgal.
