The refill has not been delivered till date (04/03/2015). The agency personnel are extremely inefficient and rude. Calls are not received before 12 noon. They kept telling me the delivery will take place the same day. And last time they hung up on me. The call centre complaint forum is not working. They keep asking me to call back every half an hour. The regional offices are not receiving the call either.
