Bharat Gas — non-activation of dormant connection

I am Cdr Bijoy Kumar(Retd) living in Thevera Ernakulam Kerala. I have a Bharat Gas Connection with SiniAgencies a Bharat Gas distributer at Kadvanthra, Ernakulam. My consumer no. is 32237416. After death of my wife I am staying alone due to which my use of gas is very less. A cylinder runs for 2/3 months. Due to which my connection became dormant and the Agency did not supply me gas. I had submitted an application with the agency to activate my connection in May. Till now it has not been activated. On inquiry the Agency told me to speak to the Sales Officer. On speaking to the Sales Officer I was told that he has activated my connection. But the agency says it is still dormant. My gas has finished and don't have any thing to do cooking
